Installation

Installing the GitHub/Trakr integration can be done in a few easy steps.

1. Navigate to your user account screen, you will see an “integrations” tab.

2. Once you click the “Install” button, you will be taken to GitHub for the rest of the installation process.

Where to install

You can install the integration on your GitHub personal user account or an organizational account depending on where the desired repositories reside.

Authorize repositories

3. You will have to authorize Trakr to access the desired repositories for the integration. We recommend you select only the desired list of repositories. You can always de-authorize or add more repositories later.

create or merge

4. In most cases, you will want to select “Use my existing account” for the installation since the integration will be installed on your account with an active subscription. If you choose to create a new account, you will need to purchase a separate Trakr subscription for the new account. This is useful when you are installing the integration on behalf of a GitHub organizational account.

Once you have completed the last step, you will be taken through an onboarding process to set up your first project to work with GitHub.
