Firewall rules

If you are working with a web project that implements firewall rules for access control (mostly a non-production environment), Trakr will not be able to access the URL to capture screenshots of the project. However, you can whitelist Trakr IP addresses in order to perform visual testing with Trakr.

Our static processor

You can add 167.71.99.87 to your IP rules and allow inbounding traffic from our (always on) static processor. This is a static IP address used by Trakr only. You will need to allow traffic from this IP address for port 80 and port 443 (Or whatever your webserver runs on)

Our on-demand infrastructure

Additionally, we use Amazon Web Service (AWS) infrastructure for on-demand processing of screenshot capturing and other tasks. You will need to allow traffic from the list of IP addresses on port 80 and port 443 (Or whatever port your webserver runs on). You can find the entire list of AWS IP addresses here. We are not responsible for maintaining the up-to-date list of IP addresses.

Download IP Addresses

IMPORTANT!!!: whitelisting the IP addresses here means that any AWS EC2 instances (including ones not operated by Trakr) will have access to your web server. This can have adverse security implications for your project.
